Role as Local Host Committee Member: Lead Start-up activities
Sonja is Managing Partner of Navispace GmbH, the tech innovation company behind the Innovation World Cup Series, founded in 2003. With vast experience in business innovation strategy and tech, she and her teams have connected hundreds of techpreneurs with key industry players and investors successfully. Previously, she worked for embedded systems company ESG and the Boston Consulting Group. Sonja holds a degree in business economics and won the annual university award for her Ph.D. thesis. She is author of several publications and board member in startup company builders, consulting companies and universities. In her free time Sonja loves doing sports outdoor with her two daughters.
Sonja is also chairwoman of the commission for startups and founders of the BVMW (Germany´s largest association for SME).
