How to arrive and moving around
Coming to Bilbao by air, by train, or by car? The city is easily reachable.
Located just 12km from the city centre, Bilbao International Airport provides direct connections to the main Spanish cities and EU capitals. The city is directly connected with: Belgium (Brussels), Czech Republic (Prague), France (Paris), Germany (Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, and Stuttgart), Ireland (Dublin), Italy (Milan, Rome and Venice), Netherlands (Amsterdam), Portugal (Lisbon), Switzerland (Geneva, Zurich), Turkey (Istanbul), United Kingdom (Bristol, Edinburgh, and Manchester London) etc.
The airport has connection buses to and from the centre of Bilbao every 20 minutes (around 25 minutes journey, 1.45€ per ticket). Taxi prices are around 25€.
